Established in 1979, the Ohio University Foundation endowment known as the 1804 Fund offers enriched learning opportunities for faculty research, graduate studies, and undergraduate learning initiatives. Founded from the estate of alumnus C. Paul Stocker, this fund supports OHIO’s mission of “maintaining, strengthening, and enhancing a learning-centered community.”
The first awards began in 1980, and since then, the 1804 Fund has assisted over 600 projects and programs with more than $15 million in funding.Learn More
