2016 Special Event Dates

We ask you to join us in proudly celebrating 50 years of service to the Athens community. Over the past 50 years, many changes have taken place at the Inn and in our attempt to continue to provide the excellent customer service you have come to expect, we feel it is appropriate to make a change to the way we conduct our call in dates for the high event weekends taking place over the 2016 Academic year. 

This year we have chosen to continue using the specific day we will accept calls, but we have extended the window of time in which calls will be accepted. On the dates listed below for each high event weekend, we will take calls from 9am till 9pm. By calling on this day, you will be granted the opportunity to place your name into a lottery for a room on the High Event Weekend for which each call in date corresponds.

*NOTE – Each caller will be limited to the opportunity for a two night minimum and a two room maximum. If your name is chosen, you will be called within 2-3 business days. If we are unable to reach you, you will be left a voicemail and given 24 hours to return our call. Guests must be over the age of 21 to reserve a room. A reservation during these times will require a two night minimum consisting of a Friday and Saturday night reservation. A deposit will also be required at the time of the call for the full amount of the reservation with tax. If for any reason a reservation was to be cancelled, you have until 30 days prior to receive a refund for one night room and tax. If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the High Event Weekend, no refund will be provided.
